Once you send me your email I will start your list of homes and the next business day your list will come and EVERDAY after that until you buy.  You won't miss a property or have to worry about why an agent isn't returning your call.  I have my buyer specialist standing by to show you homes whenever you need her to.  If she can't do it I will.  We both work on helping you buy your first home.  She specializes in the search and showings, I specialize in everything else; negotiating of the contract, inspections, mortgage, appraisal, title, and closing.

     1.  Meet us; see who you are working with.

     2.  See what your buying power is. We will crunch numbers. (I can schedule mortgage lender to be at meeting)

     3.  Talk about wants, needs, & goals.

     4.  Set up your home criteria, get it fine-tuned for your updates everyday of new listings.

     5.  Schedule our first showing appointment.

     6.  Clear up any challanges you may have that we should be aware of.

     7.  Go over required disclosures so you are well informed about your rights.

     8.  Receive your buyer's packet of informative information for a better buying experience.

     9.  Finally, SAVE MONEY on closing costs!!  Your broker service fee will be WAIVED!!
