What questions should I ask before hiring a Realtor to help me sell my home?

     1.  Are you a full time Professional Realtor?

     2.  How long have you been doing business as a full time Realtor?

     3.  Can you provide testimonials of past clients?

     4.  Have you furthered your education?

     5.  What designations have you obtained in your career?

     6.  Do you have your Broker's License?

     7.  What are your company's operating days and what are the hours?

     8.  If I am selling my home and buying another one with you will you reduce your fee?

     9.  What areas do you cover?

     10.  Do you have a full time assistant in case you are busy, at least I can get someone?

     11.  What marketing will you do on my property to make it sell faster?
