THINKING OF BUYING?

What questions should I ask before hiring a Realtor to help me buy a home?

     1.  Are you a full time Professional Realtor?

     2.  Are you available to show me homes anytime I need you to?

     3.  Do you have access to all the homes on the market?

     4.  Are you internet savy and do you work well with email?

     5.  Do you work with first-time buyers ? (If you are a first-time buyer)

     6.  Are you familiar will all types of financing to help me choose the right program?  FHA, VA, Conv., ARMS, etc.

     7.  Have you furthered your education?

     8.  Do you have a full time assistant in case you are busy, at least I can get someone?

     9.  What areas do you cover?

     10.  Can you provide testimonials of past clients?

     11.  Are you patient enough to help me/us find the right home and actually listen to my/our wants and needs?
